Study LLM Program for Indian Student.

Hello,
I have done Bachelors in Commerce, Masters in Commerce and Bachelors of Law from Mumbai University, India. I am actually confused between choosing a LLM program in Australia and USA. Can someone please guide me through the better opportunities and preferable country regarding LLM programs and thereafter practicing law. Kind of confused given the uncertain situation in USA.

I am from South America, but perhaps I can give you a bit of information. A friend of mine has just finished her LLM in NY and she was able to find a job really fast. On the other hand, another friend is still having a hard time finding a job in Sydney.

I think the worst thing that could happen to you is to go back home without a job - and chances are that you'll find hard competition in both Australia and the US.

I suggest focusing on which programs seem more interesting to you and then select based on the country. The legal industry is really competitive everywhere!
