I am an overseas qualified lawyer (Brazil) living now in Australia (Australian citizen). I would appreciate if anybody could provide me with any guidelines and/ or information about if I take a course of Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice it would allow me to practice in Australia? What would be the shortest way to get my registration recognised considering that my degree has been assessed and it was considering been equivalent of the Bal of Law degree in Australia? Which states in Australia tend to be more flexible with overseas graduated? Thanks for any help.,
