I'm a Malaysian. I have just graduated and am considering practicing in melbourne. What are my chances of actually getting a job and what are the things i have to do? is there a bar exam that i need to take? Also how much would it cost for me to be qualified? and how long? In short, the entire process of migrating.

hi there, I am qualified lawyer from India with one year of work experience as Intellectual property rights lawyer in India , currently i am pursuing my LLM from UK, relocating in Sydney in 2009, please let me know is there any additional course which i need to take for solicitor designation or just applying with law lawboard is enough. If I takeQLTT from UK is that valid in au. or am i required to take it in au itself, coz i dont want to waste time by doing it twice, please let me know what step sahll i take next, i went through lawboard site, it just left me to further questions. letme know the procedures .
