Hi this is karthik from india.Right now iam in my final year llb and i have secured only 53% so far. think after my final semester i may roughly secure around 53%. But i have won many inter state competetions and also stood third in all india national competition based on merit. can i get into any university to do my llm?
2. which course would be better for internartional students? IP? or ADR?
3. In one of the post i found certain required subjects must have been completed such as tort, contract, property, equity, company law, administrative law, constitutional law, evidence, proffessional ethics, civil procedure & criminal procedure . Can i specifically choose the left out subjects while specialising in IPR so that i could stand a better chance to practice law in australia.
I would be very greatful if any one could help me. Thank you
53% in llb
