Where can i apply 4 specailisation in criminal law? Is there any such prospect in India?

there are fields where u can specifically specialize with respect to criminal law and jurisprudence .
you can also look into criminal psychology and law related to it. there are also courses on criminal justice system across countries .

there are some colleges in UK , which can provide you with some specific courses : try LSE, Edinburgh , Warwick ..

There is a Criminology and Criminal Justic MSc at Edinburgh. Not sure if this is exactly what your after but at least you can read about it.
