Anybody received scholarship info/confirmation? Considering that Singapore is going to have an extended weekend from tomorrow, we'll have to wait till next week?

Also, should I just accept the offer rather than waiting for scholarship? Just need some advice.

One of my friends has completed the course from NUS last year. she also got her confirmation in the early week of April and her offer letter said that the scholarship will be updated in two weeks. but she received her scholarship result in the end of April. so i dnt think they follow that two week this strictly. Unless they have changed their policy or something.

I have not received any confirmation of my admission yet. I am actually a deferred candidate from last year. Any update on receiving admission confirmation please. Pl let me know. Thanks

I was just offered the Faculty Graduate Scholarship, deadline to accept the same is 30th April.

Hi all, I'm sort of in a pickle and have a quick question.

While I applied for the IADR and the CFS I was admitted to IADR since it was inadvertently marked as my first preference. I have now received an email from NUS about considering my request to change my specialisation. However, should I be unsuccessful for the CFS pursuant to evaluation of my CFS application, any reconsideration for the IADR would be subject to the approval of the Selection Committee and would depend on the competition and vacancies then.

While I'm pretty confident that my profile fits the requirements for the CFS but I'm in two minds about asking for a change at this stage. The other option is to join the IADR and then hope to be able to take subjects for the CFS and get the required credits, but this is also subject to availability for those classes.

Anyone have any thoughts on the above?

Hi everyone! Is there a facebook group for offer holders for 2017-18? If not, can we please make one?
Secondly, what is everyone doing about the accommodation? Apparently securing housing on campus is very difficult, what should a good back up be, specially for those who want a single room with an attached bathroom? I haven't heard good things about the yo:ha hostels, as a lot of people have reviewed the hostel as unhygienic and the staff as unhelpful. Are there any other options?

Hey guys, I'm trying to create an FB group for all the admitted candidates who will be pursuing their LLM at NUS for AY 2017-18. However, I can't do that unless I have the contacts (email addresses/Facebook profiles) of atleast one person. If y'all can respond to this comment or PM the details, I'd be most happy to create one immediately and add people as and when the responses come through. This will really help all of us with exchange of details, handling accommodation and all other immediate issues before we start off the new AY in August.

chances are diminishing so might as well look into alternative funding. I have applied for jn tata scholarship and kc mahindra in india..though that might not be enough. still looking!!
