Hi there,
to start with, you have good score and make sure that it wont decrease by the end of the final year.
to speak about LLM in UK & In US, first of all you have to make sure in which country you want to do..i.e in Uk or US..biz its no the same in both countries..UK is always preferred biz our Indian Bar Council recognize UK Law and its masters degree and its similar to our Indian Law.
Then you have to know what is your interest, which course you like and which will be appropriate for your intelligence. If you dont have any idea how to do this, then just google. After that take sum time, do more research, know the career aspects, job opportunities and all the related aspects you need to know.
When you ar done with the course come to Universities next part, and one thing don't be always carried away by the ranking of the Uni, short list some uni which suits your requirements, and also know the entry requirements of particular uni.
And by this time you will have an fair idea about the uni. & which course to select. It is always preferred to consult some overseas study consultant where they will guide you step by step and help with your appl process. I personally will prefer the same.
Keep up blogging and always be updated with the opening of admissions and like..
And last but not the least, don't discuss with too many ppl you end up only being confused.

Hey friend, finally i have decided to pursue LL.M in India itself in 2012. So, can you name me some law universities/colleges which have a good repute, academic input cum placement oppurtunities specialising in Business/Corporate Law?

I'll wait for your concerned reply.

Warm regards,
