I recieved an email from the admission office saying that the final decision will come out by late March,but I did't recieve it until now.

As I have known from Secretariat Office, whether you are in or you are out, you will definetely have a formal answer from them.

I thought that first you get an email and then the formal letter, but in this year... I don't know.

I'm waiting for the air mail wich - in my case - it will arrive next week because I'm living in Lima, Peru (South America)
