Can anybody fill me in on the quality of the education and the career opportunities available after an LLM in Brazil?

I am considering doing an LLM in the country because of family history (my parents are originally from Brazil.) I think it would be interesting to visit the country and complete an LLM in the process. Can I practice law in Brazil after completion of an LLM?
