Our LL.M. Program in American and Transnational Law is designed to address the evolving legal challenges presented by an increasingly interconnected global economic order. Learn the laws of the United States at a global, faith-based university in the affordable Midwest. Our  LL.M. students studying on-campus in Dayton sit side-by-side with our J.D. students and are fully immersed in the U.S. law school experience. Students at Dayton Law graduate with a broad foundation of knowledge in U.S. law, as well as laws that transcend national boundaries.

Starting in January 2019, the University of Dayton School of Law will be offering an entirely online option for students interested in completing their LL.M. degree in American and Transnational Law.  Interested students may apply online through LSAC.org. International Students:

>> Copy of your current passport and visa documents
>> Financial declaration indicating ability to cover tuition and living expenses
>> Demonstration of English proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS scores).  Conditional admission is available if your native language is not English. This type of admission allows you to study English prior to taking law courses, provided that all other admissions criteria are met.
