Maastricht University's new Excellence Course in International Tax Law & Policy will commence in January 2018 and run for 10 weeks.
The program aims to critically study OECD and UN tax treaties, and will also cover cases from other countries, as well as subjects like transfer pricing.
The intensive course will run over four or five days for each of the 10 weeks and is worth 12 ECTS, which can be applied to the university's LL.M. in International & European Tax Law, should a student wish to transfer to the full LL.M. program.
The program has five places available to non-LL.M. students, with 10 LL.M. students making up the rest of the class.
The course fees are 5000 EUR.
