IE Law School in Madrid, Spain is hosting an Executive LLM Online Master Class on May 21 (5pm Madrid time) entitled "The Death of Contract Law."
The free talk will be given by Northwestern Law Professor James A. Lupo, and "will discuss the expansion of equitable doctrines into the sphere of contract law, the rise of judicial discretion in determining contractual obligations, and the effect these forces have on the stability of contract and the predictability of commercial outcomes."
IE and Northwestern periodically host these kind of online events to showcase their joing Executive LL.M. program.
