IE Law School in Madrid, Spain is organizing an online conference called "The Arbitrator as a Settlement Facilitator" on February 21 at 5pm (Central European Time). The event is one in an ongoing series of "International LLM Online Conferences."

The talk will be given by Zurich-based arbitration specialist and IE faculty member, Werner Jahnel. It "will deal with the issue of whether an arbitrator can, must or must not perform as a settlement facilitator and will discuss recent developments and trends on that topic."
