Annual program to be held in New York City during July 11-29, 2011

Fordham University School of Law will again hosting the Fordham Law Summer Institute in New York City. during July 11-29, 2011.

The program is designed as an introduction to the US legal system and US law for foreign-trained (non-US) lawyers. The tentative list of topics to be covered during the 2011 Summer Institute includes an Bankruptcy Law, Civil Litigation, Constitutional Law, Contract Law, Corporate Law, Criminal Law, Information Technology Law, Intellectual Property Law, International Arbitration, Mergers and Acquisitions, Product Liability Law, and Trial Practice.

There is one scholarship available for a Brazilian lawyer or law student.
