Information and application for new general legal studies program now online

Boston College Law School is now accepting applications for its new general legal studies LL.M. program. This program, set to begin in Fall 2007, will be the first LL.M. program to be offered by the school.

According to the law school's website, the course is "designed to provide a high quality educational experience that will expose legal professionals and recent graduates with a first degree in law, primarily but not necessarily of foreign origin, to the fundamentals of the United States legal system."

Application forms and instructions can be downloaded from the website. The deadline for applying for the inaugural Fall term is March 1, 2007, though applicants are strongly encouraged to apply before then. Interested students seeking more information can also send an email to bcllm@bc.edu.
