I am currently working as a defense litigation associate (firm doesn't do any tax or transactional work). I am planning on going back to Villanova for a Tax LLM full time (and not working). Taking out the cost, which I can handle, is this a silly strategy? Some have said full-time shows more of a commitment to switch from litigating to transactional work. Any thoughts?
