I applied to Gtown Tax LLM and UVA Tax LLM during the same week back in early November. I was admitted to Gtown in early January and received a scholarship to Gtown last week, however, I have never even heard from UVA (positive or negative). I have already decided on attending Gtown based on location and ranking, so I wouldn't accept UVA's acceptance at this point anyway, but I feel like it is very strange for someone to get a scholarship to the #2 ranked tax program and never even hear from the #5 ranked program. What I am asking is has anyone else applied to UVA and received no response from UVA whatsoever?

I received my admission few months ago, but my scholarship decision today (pretty decent). I had to send 3emails to get an answer.

It took you 3 emails to get a scholarship answer or an admissions answer (at this point I don't care if I never get an answer from them, but I just regret wasting the application fee haha)? Also, did you apply to the tax LLM and, if so, have you decided on UVA then or are you still up in the air?

Polly was on a business trip and the amount is pretty decent. I used to work in tax, and sadly, it is not my cup of tea. Thus, I will focus on ADR (my first love).

I am also in in other greats schools as Cornell and Penn, hard decision to make.

Why is UVA so slow in giving out decisions? And why is that so less people seem to be interested in UVA? Isn't there LLM program good enough?
