Although late in the game, I am wondering if requesting supplementation of an application (with more up to date information) is a worth-while endeavor. Any thoughts?

I think they have a lot of documents to see already so maybe it will not be considered but you still can try though, I dn't think this will prejudice your application at all anyway.
However I am not so into how Universities work so maybe you should get another's advice :)
