Penn Law's website is terrible. It's impossible to speak to/contact an actual person. They have this terrible automatic 'trouble-shooting' wizard set up that gives you generic, unhelpful answers to stock standard questions.
If your question is not listed, you can email an address, but when you email that address it comes back with an auto-response saying the inbox isn't read, and referring you back to the unhelpful FAQs page!! arrghghhhhh!!!

Yeah, but when you actually figure out the LSE site, you see that compared to other sites it actually gives the most detailed and ample info.

Actually I found Penn Law to be pretty efficient, they responded to my queries in minutes and they were very friendly. So far actually, Penn has been the most prompt and very friendly.
