Penn Law's website is terrible. It's impossible to speak to/contact an actual person. They have this terrible automatic 'trouble-shooting' wizard set up that gives you generic, unhelpful answers to stock standard questions.

If your question is not listed, you can email an address, but when you email that address it comes back with an auto-response saying the inbox isn't read, and referring you back to the unhelpful FAQs page!! arrghghhhhh!!!
