Anyone knows which are best programs in Telecoms Law o Telecoms-orientated? I´m looking both in USA or UK. Thank you...

My best advice would be to contact Colin Scott at the LSE who is a global expert on telecoms law. If he cannot provide a full suite of telecoms courses at the LSE he would know where one can be found (although I am not sure whether a "telecoms LLM" actually exists-I suspect the best you'll find is a telecoms course in a suite of other regulatory law course)
NB: I understand Professor Scott is moving to UCD so if he has moved try him in Dublin.
