I have no update on my end. However, I spoke to a current SPILS student who told me that no one in SPILS did an interview before admission last year, and she was admitted on March 18th. So I guess we should hear back from Stanford around that time.

Any news?

Has anyone heard back or know anyone that has heard back regarding their SPILS application? I emailed SLS for an update last week as I have offers from other law schools that need to be responded to by early April, but I haven't heard back from them.

I just received an email from SLS replying to my email.
Their response is essentially that they do not have an exact date yet but that most decisions are made by mid-April (as stated on their website). They then encouraged me to seek an extension from the law schools I have pending offers from as SLS is unable to expedite application decisions.
This is despite me clarifying in my initial inquiry that the deadline for deposits for my current offers is April 3, that they have indicated an extension is not possible as I have also been offered funding, and that one of the law schools requires an undertaking when I pay the deposit that I will withdraw all applications at other law schools.
Quite a frustrating response from SLS tbh, especially as SPILS remains my preferred programme

smh
There's a SPILS applicant who informed us on the WA group that her interviewer told her that decisions for SPILS will come out this week.

I don't have any updates on my end. It seems like they invited some people for interviews for SPILS, but I heard nothing from SLS.

Have any LST applicants received interviews?
