Sport + Law

Maddox

Hi guys.
I wonder if any of you are in the same boat as me. I was offered a full sports scholarship from several universities but I decided to stay home (as I am not American) and study in a law in my own country. However, I am now thinking of doing a LLM in teh US and I wonder would colleges (not necessarily the same ones as before) offer sport scholarships to students studying for a LLM. If this is a very obvious question please excuse my ignorance.

It will depend. You must know that if you have been a professional sportsman, you won't be allowed to play in certain university leagues (at least not for soccer). You should contact the coaches of the teams and they will give you more information ( that was what I did when I was 18, but as I was already a professional at that time I did not apply)
