Hi friends!
I am currently pursing five years undergraduate law course in a reputed law college of India. The curriculum of my college specifies compulsory internship program of six weeks for every students and it begin from first year.
First year students are placed with NGOs, second year students are placed with the advocates of trial court, third year students undertake their internship in Law Firms or Advocates who deal in the Appellate Court (High Court). Fourth year students are suppose to take their internship with Law Firms or Advocates of the Supreme Court. In the Fifth year, students are free to choose their internship as per their interest.
I am studying in third year and I have just completed my internship of six weeks in a reputed Law firm of Gujarat. Previously I also undertook internship in the State Legal Services Authority for period of six weeks. Therefore with reference to such internship programs, I want to know whether such work experience is considered for LLM admission of the top colleges of USA.

Yes, this internship is very valuable. to enable your experience to be considered, you should try getting certificates for each internship, and if possible get them incorporated in your transcripts issued by the law school;
another way for consideration of your experience by the law school can be letters of recommendation; but many schools require only 2 or 3 letters and that too preferably from your faculty.
in any case this experience being a part of resume, there shall be due consideration for your work. you should also briefly include this experience in your SoP
