I have LLB(Hons) , Diploma in Legal Practice, Postgrad Diploma in European Legal Studies and have been in private practice in Scotland fully qualified since 94. Would I need to study more to be eligible for US Bar and seems from Boards that only possible for UK based to sit NY or California, is this correct or can we sit for other states? Any help appreciated.
