i am sharath from india. i am a final year llb student.
could anyone please assist me with the visa proceedings and also the course duration.
can i stay in us after my course to clear my bank loan?

apply first for an i-20 in the college u have been admitted to, if u have already applied, wait for i-20 before taking a visa date... once u get the i20, depending on when u want to leave for usa, block a ticket on any airlines, dont pay for it! u wont be able to actually pay for it before u show a valid visa, but u need an itinerary during your visa interview.

Apply for visa depending on your home state and jurisdiction.... once u get the visa ...if u come to the us.. u get a OPT for a year within which u can take up a job and convert ur status to H1B
