I recently graduted in LLM from one of New York Law Schools. I did B.L in India. Could you please advice me which states in US allow Foreign law graduates who finished LLM can take a bar exam? I sincerely appreciate for the help.

Check Virginia and DC as well. I know couple of my friends did their LLM from Harvard and then admitted in Virginia and DC.

Go for the NY bar, it will have more "value" internationally (especially in the corporate and financial law fields); California, only matters if you are to reside in California.
