Sorry to hear that...I'm still waiting to receive the famous email...almost no hopes really.
Can you please send me the web link where you checked their decision?
Thanks and finger crossed!!

also rejected to NYU. Bummer.
All of you that have been accepted to Fordham - do you mind telling me where you're from and also - how long did it take to get the answer (I sent in the application about 2 weeks ago...)

I'm from London, UK. I sent my application early Jan and got in on 19th Feb. There was no e-mail confirming my application was complete though, unlike other schools.

I am from the UK too, I sent mine in early Jan and got accepted 27 Jan. They are pretty nice over there, if you feel impatient, maybe give them a call... but 2 weeks might be not long enough...
T1210: Thanks for the info.

llmnyc: i am also losing hope with cls... :( but i also heard a lot of positive feedback regarding fordham. besides, it is run by jesuits and they really have a good reputation when it comes to education. i still dont know how im going to finance my studies though but i might probably pay the deposit soon.
i got my law degree in Austria. in contrary to what llmnyc said, i was quite annoyed by their admissions office. i sent my application on december 22 and then i got an email from them informing me that they cannot review my application because they do not have my transcripts yet. i called them and they told me to call lsac myself and request a report. the thing is, LSAC NEVER does that upon the student's request! it's always the universities that have to request a report! really weird. that actually delayed the review of my application. i was just so upset. then a few days ago, i got an email telling me that i got accepted. a few seconds after, i got another email telling me that i should ignore the previous email. how bizarre is that!!! someone in their office really messed up a lot of things this year. finally, i got the "REAL" acceptance email last week.
sorry guys, i had to let that out!

Hey guys...
I haven't heard from NYU yet..
I have a question to whom got admissions/rejections.
When you check your decision, did u visit the website which for admitted students and then log in with "888XXXXXX/mmddyyyy"?
I just visited the website for admitted students.
But it keeps saying that there is no record...
Actually... I'm very tired..
So I want to give up my hope..
so sad... :(

terrafreesky...i got an email that says that a decision has been made. i clicked on the link and it directed me to the admissions page (the first page of the application page). the last paragraph on this page has a link that directed me to the decision. BUT before being able to see the letter, i had to enter my admissions number. i think nyu is the only university that has this weird system. really annoying!
if you havent heard from nyu until now, it could be a good sign! if you were rejected, you should have received an email today just like a lot of people here in the forum. so don't lose hope! :)

I am afraid NYU is now waiting for rejections from admitted students before releasing one more round of admissions - patience.

Just got rejection for trade and regulation.
I am thinking next year is not going to be what I thought!
Really sorry, I envy those who have an admission.
I was rejected too and I started to doubt that I applied for the wrong program...Maybe General is better than Corporate for undergraduate student...
Hey, you know what, I have the same feeling. I think a lot of the applicants to the Corporation program are much more experienced and specialized than we undergraduates.

Hey guys,
How many people are still waiting for an answer from NYU? I havent received anything from them either. I am just curious whether their decisions are somehow related to the date when the application went complete. I submitted my papers pretty early on Oct 20th and got an complete email on Nov 3rd.
Those who are still waiting, do you guys think we are still in the game? or maybe we're just simply forgotten to be notified? hopefully, everything will be over soon...at this point, any kind of admission answer will be much appreciated as im truly tired of all these months of wait, hope and dissapointment. Good luck everyone!

Im still waiting bro. Should i not hear anything by Friday i will call the school to find out what the deal is.
It doesn't seem like there is a corelation between the date when the application went complete and the date of notification. I have seen people whose applications went complete in January get offers and rejections. As i understand it, they were to send all decisions by mid march. I keep telling myself that mid march does not necessarily mean march 15th. It is anywhere before the 20th of march ;-).
Take heart and be hopeful. That's all we can do at this point.
