I want to take the new York state Bar Exam in July 2018. In order to control my eligibility, the BOARD required me to send all my transcripts, ect....

On the website, it is written that : "A. All supporting documentation must come directly from the issuing institutions and/or government agencies in a sealed envelope.

B. The documentation must consist of originals or copies certified directly by the issuing school or institution."

My question is : can I just ask to my university to give me the sealed enveloppe with all the documents required and then, send it myself by fedex ? (as I did with the LSAC for the LLM). Or no, I have to ask to my University to do it itself ? (I think my university will never do that.)

How did you do ? (I am a French Student).

La méthode que tu avais utilisée pour le LSAC est la bonne. Il suffit de glisser l'enveloppe scellée de l'université dans le paquet Fedex et d'indiquer comme expéditeur du Fedex ton université (avec le numéro tu pourras suivre le colis).
