Assuming end goal is ultimately finding work as tax associate, which will provide the most benefit? I have taken 7-8 tax and tax-related courses (3.7 tax GPA) during JD and am waiting on acceptance from NYU, GT, and NW, but from all indications it appears an accounting background opens up considerably more doors and Top 10 in-state MBA program only going to set me back $30k.
Ideas?

I agree with you. An MBA will open more doors; however, Im thinking in my country, and it seems that you're a domestic applicant, so I don't know exactly how it will be for US citizens
