I manage US taxes for a Silicon Valley company and am looking to hire a LLM grad. Main responsibilities are IRS audits and M&A, both of which involve primarily international transactions. We are looking from someone with relevant but not necessarily extensive prior experience.
Which schools do you think I should target my recruitment effort at? We have a lot of NYU LLM Alumni, but good students these days seem only interested in top law and private equity firm.
