I have also been admitted by UCLA School of Law. However, they said nothing about financial aid in the offer. Does anybody know what this means?

I am an Italian lawyer with 3 years work experience.... and now I have to decide between NYU and UCLA..... I really don't know what to do!

I got admitted to two of Ivy league, but was put on waitlist of UCLA. Weird. So, forget it.

Just received an email from UCLA. I´m on the waiting list. at least Georgetown wants me :-)

At least, I don't have to choose between UCLA and BU (my 2nd choice), who have always been very very friendly & helpful with mails, alumni, itw...etc.

Aslo waitlisted by UCLA. Most probably going to BU.

I got 110/120 IBT Toefl Test
My personal statement was rather "personal" meaning I talked about my personal background, explained how my personal background led me to chose to study law, told about my professional experiences (only two paragraphs tho because I thought it was a personal statement not a cover letter, but thats my opinion I dunno if its how it is supposed to be), told about my community work etc.
If you need any more advice, dont hesitate!

Neha congrats. I'm a from Delhi too, and I have received an admission offer to UCLA as well. So maybe we will meet soon, who knows!
If you dont mind, could you elaborate a bit about your scholarship? was it offered in the email itself or did u come to know only through the official package mailed to you. or did u write to them after you got admission?

i'm asking cos my email appears to be a rather standard one and doesn't mention any grant at all :-(. I have not received the snail-mail yet. So i am wondering whether to write to them with a virtual begging bowl yet...

of course it will b gr8 to meet fellow delhites in UCLA...have u recieved admission from other uniz???
i think u cud write to them abt it n ask abt fin aid...i have not recieved d package yet...
do u have any idea abt work possibilities in California?

I was offered a scholarship as well, but I don't intend to take it, as my husband was not accepted at California, so they might offer it to someone else.
