in the matter of representation at a US court 8 CFR PART 1292 states that"The law student's or law graduate's appearance is permitted by the official before whom he or she wishes to appear ..." I am doing Immigration clinic, do you think under the foresaid regulation I could make any argument to represent a Respondant? I am also a graduate student at law school so....?
