I am from Japan and about finish my B.A. of Law at uni. I would very much like to attend master program 2011-12 in human rights law outside of Japan, since Japanse law schools are really weak in this field.

Speaking of USA law school, which schools have great program in human rights law? As far as I checked out, Georgetown, George Washington, Virginia, Northwestern seem to have great one. Are there any school recommended? I would appreciate any information very much. Thanks.
