i submitted my application online on 24 jan and couriered my documents the next day. but my application still shows 'application in applied' stage as opposed to the 'completed' stage. is this normal?

I am glad that I am not the only one ... I sent my application even earlier and my status still says "applied". I first called earlier this month and they said that they were waiting for my transcripts from LSAC. A week later I sent an email and they said the same thing ... although, my LSAC report indicates that the report was sent on Jan 23. I sent another email last week and have not heard back. I am just assuming that they have a million things going on and getting the applications together are taking longer than usual. But it is frustrating sending my application out super early and still being in the "applied" stage.
