If I apply admission next year for those refuse me in this year, will they still consider me? Is the refusal in this year an advantage or disadvantage?
Such as Yale, Harvard, Standford, Columbia, Northwestern

No, you will have your chances again if your CV changes and if you can add something to interest them more than you did this time (such as publications...in the end, Law Schools very much favour the academic towards the practitionners; your CV will look better if it's close to one of a Professor rather than an experienced business lawyer).
Of course, if your file remains the same, there is little chance that their opinion change, unless people who apply next year are less valuable for them than the ones of this year (which is doubtful).
