Harvard 2022-2023

It does not matter. My documents were received early February. Do we get the decisions on our emails or the website? In addition, does anybody know whether Harvard offers merit-based financial aid or only need-based?

They will send an email saying that the decisions are now available and the link to the website. You have to log in to the account and check the decision.

Not remembering the password is a common cause for heart problems when the decisions come out, so I recommend noting the PW somewhere.

Re: Financial aid - HLS aid is need based, merit blind and will be decided based on the financial information submitted in the aid application.

Good luck!

All major US law schools except Harvard and Stanford have started releasing decisions now. We're in for a long couple of days now.

Based on last few years, anytime between 15-24 March. But yeah, this is just a guess.

We are now entering the week, ain't we?
Which day might be the day then?
Monday the 14th
Tuesday the 15th
Wednesday the 16th
Thursday the 17th
OrFriday the 18th

I hope we don't have to wait for answers even after this coming week

Does HLS release admission and fin aid decisions together? Or do we have to wait more like other schools?

They are released separately. Decisions in mid March and aid in April.

So we wont have fin aid decisions by 1 April, the day by which we are to accept offers of other schools?

Yes but financial aid decisions at Harvard are need-based, not merit-based. Generally they will award loans or tuition waivers to anyone who needs it.

Year 2021/2022 it was the 20th of march

2020/2021 it was 14th of march

So at least we can say that starting from tomorrow, we can expect a decision.

Bruhh, from my personal experience, I advise you to not start the guessing game now  1f62d1f602 Someone will have a heart problem during the week otherwise. 1f6221f602

Jokes apart, should be between this Monday and next Monday most likely although they will always claim "late March".
 Last year's dates were -

2009 - 22nd - Sunday
2010 - 21st - Sunday
2011 - 19th - Saturday
2012 - 18th - Sunday
2013 - 18th - Monday
2014 - 19th - Wednesday
2015 - 17th - Tuesday
2016 - 16th - Wednesday
2017 - 15th - Wednesday
2018 - 15th - Thursday
2019 - 14th - Thursday
2020 - 16th - Monday
2021 - 19th - Friday (late evening Eastern Time)
Good luck! The east wind is coming!!!

Am I correct if I say that in previous years, Harvard sent an e-mail early March to say they are on track to release decisions according to the normal timeline (i.e. “before the end of March”)? We did not get such an e-mail this time.

No, they will send emails that their decisions are available.

We certainly will. I was talking about an earlier e-mail early March.
