If anyone can help I need the required GPA to get into the LLM Programs for some of the top Law Schools. IE. Yale, Duke, GW, Georgetown, NYU.. Ect.

It depends... but you should expect to have at least 3.80. See also average GPA of the students...

It might also depend upon what country you come from. It is likely that you will compete mostly with people from your nation. If your GPA puts you among the best 1% or 5%, it is always OK. If you feel that your GPA could not be evaluated as it deserves when translated into the 0-4 American scale, write a statement explaining why your country's grading system is different and how good your GPA is in that context.
