Thanks Malegria! Unfortunately I have to confirm my attendance in Georgetown within 2 weeks, so if the scholarship decision arrives in a month, this would not give me enough time.. Do you think it would be a good idea to e-mail them regarding my scholarship application?

bigdreamer, I think the idea is not just good - it is in fact the only option left. I think you should try! Good luck! Drop a line about what answer you got.

I emailed them about the status of my scholarship application, and they replied saying that while they cannot guarantee when the decision will arrive, they will add that information to my file, that I have expressed added interest in the scholarship. Thank you for all the help!

I received a partial tuition scholarship at last Friday. I think I won't attend Georgetown, thus one of you will receive this scholarship.

Thank you, Martin! How much is the scholarship? Will you accept it? I hear that the living expenses in Washington is very high.

scholarship is half tuition, about $ 25,000.
My alternative is CA (without any tuition waiver), thus living expense should be more or less similar.

Hello all,
I am sure that most of you must have finished your LLM by now, but I was hoping if either of you could guide me on my scholarship essay wrt the contents, structure etc. I am applying to Gerogetown for a LL.M in Global Health and International Institutions.
