I was wondering about my chances to study at georgetown with these qualifications
-3.20 out of 4 law bachelor degree .
- I got a long training in law (105 hours)
- 7 training courses in my field.
-I worked in law consultant as a volunteer for a short time.

Do I have any chance ?
I have another question when does the applying start for spring semester January 2015 ?

I think you can only apply for the Fall term. The application period usually begins early October. Decisions are released beginning December.
