Hi,
Iam an advocate with 3 yrs standing from India and am here in US for 2 yrs..so what is the job market for a foreign lawyer?looking also for a paralegal jobs..so do I need certification for that?

The best thing for you is to write the New York State Bar exam and become a licensed attorney. You can also apply for a Contracts Analyst job. I presume you have a green card, if not it is extremely difficult to land a job.

Thnx for reply. Actually Iam going to stay here for just 2 yrs so want to spend my time wisely so no bar exam option click for me..as for as contract analyst job, whether an Indian degree be enough for that post or shall I need to do an LLM? What do you do?
