i would take UCL in a heartbeat. UCL has a world-leading law faculty, it's llm is a post-graduate course (as opposed to cornell where you'll be dumped with jd's), and you live in london instead of ithaca which is in the middle of nowhere and FREEEZZZZINNGG....
