Since deadline has come and gone for application to Columbia's early review process, I would like to know who suceeded in applying through this choice.

Last year results started to come out early December, and there was even a rejection as soon as November 30.

As for me, I applied through the early review and hopefully expect to hear from them soon.

I did succeed! Regarding results in early December, I hope you're right...(they say that results will be avaliable late that month) Do you know if they send you an e-mail of acceptance/rejection or you just have to wait for regular mail?

As far as I know, they send their decisios by e-mail; or so it was last year, according to some LLM-board members.

Tough competition around here: lots of applicants. Nothing we can do about right now. Let's just cross our fingers and hope for the best.

reviewing the posts from last year, it seems that we won't get any news before the end of December.
I am a French student and I also applied in the early review. I've already applied last year and got rejected. Though I redid the whole application, they told me that my previous material would be reviewed as well...
Let's hope that Santa Claus will be generous with me this year!

My friends in USA tells me that "early review" decisions are communicated by mid-December.
