I am still waiting for the package they promised in the admission email. It's almost 10 days...
I am also a bit concerned about how to finance the program. Any information on loans to international students? I checked their website, most financial aid available are only for US residents.

Where are you from Jindamaban? Received the package? Any grant or scholarship?

As of March 9, what I received from Columbia are a thread of email notice of admission and an ensued thin evelope of the similar contents, dated Mar. 2. No package, no further corespondence yet.
"unfortunately we are not able to provide any financial aid", as the brief notice told me about monetary matters. This program is definately their cash cow, especially for CLS, which has possibly the most sizable number of enrollment in its LLM program and I rarely heared exciting amount of grants.

I remember there is a girl on this board received tuition waiver from CLS. I asked them when the decision about financial assistant will be made. They told me in the never several weeks. (That's a week ago). I guess you are right, first, the aid is very limited, second, they are waiting for those who turn down the offer, then make a second round decision.
Have you accepted? or still waiting for other schools?

Columiba is probably the most expensive law school. (no data from Standord and Cornell, but I think they charge no more tuition than does this school).
CLS: 36,500 excluding mandatary fees.
Y: 34,900 mandatory charges included
H: 29,500
NYU: 34,900
Duke: 34,300
Penn law: 36,500 including pre class fees.

Did anyone consider going to the US law school course run by Columbia in Leiden, Netherlands?
