Gar, appreciate the apology. Maybe you're not some abnoxious, patronising person after all (just kidding). But back to what was your initial advice to those who lie in wait: it might be very difficult to do, but there is little you can do after you've sent your application through. Analysis on how many people have been accepted from your home country in the past and so on is not going to be of much help.
Say you found out that there had never been a person from your home country at HLS before: would that really make you sleep better, in the certaninty that you were going to be accepted? Of course not. No one is certain of their acceptance until that unconditional letter comes through.
Any valid points of disagreement are welcome.

NO Gar is Portuguese I am pretty sure

Gar is Portuguese. If you are curious, just review the posts placed last year in relation to Yale/ Harvard and you will find his age, background, achievements, etc.

Well, I've sat beside Gar in the classroom and have seen his entry in the HLS LLM Facebook. He's French.

I can't believe you are giving Gar33 such a hard time. He is one of the most helpful people on this board! Gar33 you are great.

Don't worry Ursula. "Josepidal" is a classmate and friend. He just enjoys this mocking attitude. This is all just a joke between mates. Of course, he is also an idio#@!*&piece ofsh$%#... but still he is nice. Aren't you O.?

Well, I remember you from last year... But there is no need to fear me :-)

Be careful, gar33. I know your innermost thoughts with respect to French women.

Getting into Harvard had been my dream for as long as I can remember.
I applied for the llm in early November, received an email that my application was received and complete somewhere in December.
Last Friday I received an email with a request for more additional information, and clarification. Is this a good sign? Does it mean I really am in the run?
I'm from Europe, the Netherlands, currently live in the States and have always dreamed about going to Harvard.
Anyone who has any idea of the process, please let me know. I know the final letters will be sent out in mid March...so is this a good or bad sign???

I received requests for supplemental information, too. However it may sound as a good sign, I wouldn't attach too much meaning to this fact alone: there may be other plausible explanations.
Let's keep fingers crossed!

I only applied to Harvard, didn't try any other college. Really do not want to go anywhere else. So it's all or nothing for me!
Yes indeed dam let's keep our fingers crossed!
Good luck to everyone!
