Can LSAC reuse your transcripts?

Durham Red

Does anyone know if LSAC will re-use the transcripts you sent them if you re-register (and pay again) for a different law course?

I have accepted an LLM (2009) and will apply for a JD (2010) - in the hope I can have my LLM counted as my first JD year.

I wondered if anyone had done something similar and knew if LSAC would use the transcripts I already sent them for my LLM application, or if they would require me to re-submit them (even though they are the same)?

I have emailed them but they take about a week to respond.

LSAC keeps your records for 5 years.
The first 5 schools that request your transcripts get it with no problem and for free, but you have to pay $15 if your records get requested from more schools.

Thank you for your response jags1180, but I was referring to the originals. After a protracted exchange of emails I now have my answer.

If anyone else was wondering, LSAC send copies of your transcripts off to all the universities you pay them to do. They then send the originals off to the university that you finally accept.
