NYC will be very expensive. The best option will be jersey city, if you could check the availability on craigslist.com. there should be roommate sharing based apartments available, in newport / journal square / hoboken areas. Hope this helps,

Thanks Geeta. Actually I,ve seen a c of Apts in Jersey city.. too dingy.., anyway I'm looking some what near to my office, not > 30 mts from dntn manhattan, WTC.
If u,ve any info I,d appreciate.
Also, 'd like to know which school u,ve checked in n wat courses.

I will be doing LL.M. Banking Corporate law from Fordham.

Hey geetagauri, i've been admitted to 2007 class of Fordham's Banking program. Would appreciate any of your comments on the program, such as course selection advice, job perspective and networking. Btw, are you international student or american? Guess that also affects job finding huh.

I have yet to start the job hunt. But as to the courses, follow whatever the rating of earlier students is, on the registar's page (you have to log in for that).
