hi..this is Kumar..i would like to do LL.M in Texas or in California states...I completed Bachelor of Laws in 2011and had 2.5 yrs of law practice in India..My IELTS score is 6.5..when should I apply for fall 2014 admissions...if i complete the course at Texas or Californian LL.M course...Am I eligible for Bar exam...Plzzz help...Thanks in advance
