Am I bound to go to the school after I have accepted their offer and paid the deposit? Will they hold me to pay the tuition? Can I change my mind, accept anther offer and give up the deposit?
Thanks!
Anyone, pls!?

No, you are not bound to go to the school even after you have paid the deposit. Payment of deposit only blocks your seat (till you pay up the tuition before the beginning of the course) and ensures that you have a seat there which will not be passed to the waitlisted candidates.
The school cannot hold you to pay the tuition. You will only forfeit your deposit amount if you fail to show up and pay the tuition before the first payment deadline. Add to that, you can practically rule out possibility of a successful re-application! ;) They will only be happy to get your deposit and give your seat to someone else! :P
This is my understanding. I reckon the policy listed on websites of a couple of law schools i am considering say the same.

Thank you. I agree (unless some finaid has been granted, then you could be required to withdraw other applications).
I guess some of us were forced to deposit (in consideration of approaching deadlines) while still waiting for other law schools to respond.

It depends on the schools: for instance, Chicago is likeley to communicate your withdrawal to other schools.
But in general, I think that if you just inform the school that you give up your seat (when no scolarship is involved), it should be allright if it's not done too late.
