tuition fee funding for LLM Maritime law in Swansea

Hi everybody,
I've got an offer from Swansea (LLM Maritime law)
I really want to study but I can't do that due to financial problem.
Does anybody knows loan available for foreigner ?
I found only one way "win the Lottery" OMG..

If you are from an EC country, you are treated as a 'home' student. In any case, I would call the Financial Office at Swansea University - they are there to help you...
