Ok guys, quick question!!
Which one is preferable for an LLM in law?
Reputation wise for an aspiring academic to study an SJD in the US, which one would you go for?
SOAS or the University of Nottingham

You should go to SOAS for highly specialised areas of Law such as Islamic Law, Chinese Law, or Law and Development. For the "mainstream" areas of Law (Commercial Law, Business Law...) Nottingham is definitely more preferable. As a law school, Nottingham is also more prestigious.
